 Having Problems Uploading Your Pictures?

  Your Pictures may be to big for your internet connection to handle, during a long
upload time, causing your upload session to stall.

  Go ahead and email your pictures to sellandtellphoto@nwcustomwebs.com and we
will be happy to crop and reduce them for you.  We will email them right back
for you to upload.

  Make sure you put " Please Edit My Pictures " in the subject bar of your email.

  Please note:
 If its a normal business day, we will return your pictures right away, however
weekends and Holidays may take longer.

 Common questions we are asked:

Just in case we do not answer your email fast enough, here are the top
questions we get from our clients:

1. Paypal - Do I have to have a paypal account to use my credit card?

Answer: No, when you use paypal, you will see below a area for non
members. All they ask for other than credit card data, is for your email
address,
so they can email a statement to you. They are a very good company to use
for online transactions.


2. I cannot log back in, its asking for a special code.

Answer: Please turn on cookies in your browser.
  Here is a 10% discount code you are welcomed to use " 7777e10 "
This will get you logged in, and give you a 10% discount.


3.  I cannot upload my pictures.

Answer:  Many things can cause this, but most of the time, its because the pictures are to big.  Try to reduce them to 400 wide pixels, or about 3 inches.  Do not worry about the lenght.
  If you cannot edit pictures, try sending to
sellandtellphoto@nwcustomwebs.com . We will edit them, and send them right back you you.  Sometimes, this free service can take some time, if our graphics employees are to bit busy.


4. I just placed a ad, but I cannot see my pictures

Answer: Make sure you refresh your browser or that your picture is a .jpg or .gif file.

  Some of the main support questions we get is about picture problems.
Most of the time its because the pictures are so large.
  We suggest 450 pixel wide pictures, and try to condense them if your
graphics software will allow.
  The great thing about our classifieds is you can edit your ad even after
you have posted it.
  You can change the details, and the pictures 24/7.

 If you are having problems with your picture, during uploading.  Just skip
that part and finish the ad.  You can email your pictures to our graphics
folks at
sellandtellphoto@nwcustomwebs.com . We will edit them, and send them right back to you as fast as possible.

  If you need to edit your ad.  Just sign in and click on "active ads".
You will see a gray bar with small buttons to the right.  Click on edit.
  You will then be able to change your ad.

  The other feature you may notice, is a delay in getting emails.  We have installed
a email buffer system, to guard you from scammers and spammers.
  There can be a 24 hour delay, before you recieve your email, since our staff inspects
each email, to make sure your are not getting a scammer trying to full you.
  It is not a perfect system, but we catch a lot of them.


 We suggest you do not put your email address in the main body of your ad.  If you put your email in our field box, you will be protected better, but you will have a delay in
getting your email, due to inspection time by our staff,

This was a note from one of our customers:

"I think you should advice your other customers of ads that there may be a scam in progress.  Someone contacted me about my item but wants to make the check cashiers check for more then the item and wants me to send him the excess cash back the same day the item is picked up and the check is cashed.  I was informed through another company that this Is  a scam.  Pleased be adviced"

the individual or organization you believe defrauded you.
Specific details on how, why, and when you believe you were defrauded.
Any other relevant information you believe is necessary to support your complaint.
